RESERVATION POLICY

Reservation Policy:

Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation from Alchemy Brewing. We recommend making reservations in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Reservation Hold Time: We will hold your reserved table for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time. If you arrive after this grace period, we may not be able to guarantee your reservation.

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation Disclaimer:

For bookings of 12 guests or more, we kindly request credit card details at the time of booking, this is not a booking fee its simply a Pre-Authorised deposit to secure the space.

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation: To secure your reservation, Alchemy Brewing requires a credit card pre-authorisation. By providing your credit card information, you authorise Alchemy Brewing to pre-authorise your credit card for the specified amount at the time of booking. This is not a charge but a temporary hold on your funds to ensure the validity of your credit card and guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid any charges. If the reservation is not cancelled within the specified time frame or if you fail to show up for your reservation, Alchemy Brewing reserves the right to charge your credit card for the pre-authorised amount as a cancellation fee.

No-Show Charges: If you fail to show up for your reservation without cancelling within the specified time frame, Alchemy Brewing reserves the right to charge your credit card for the pre-authorised amount as a no-show fee.

Payment for Services: The pre-authorisation is not a payment for the services rendered at Alchemy Brewing. The final payment for your meal and any additional charges will be processed separately, and the pre-authorised amount will be released back to your credit card after your meal.

Disputed Charges: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the pre-authorised amount, please contact Alchemy Brewing directly within 7 days of the reservation date to resolve the issue.

By providing your credit card information for pre-authorisation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE

Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 15% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.

SEMI-PRIVATE EVENTS & PRIVATE EVENTS

The front bar area of our venue is available for casual party’s and events and the venue as a whole is available for private hire for larger celebrations. More information available here LINK

These experiences are bespoke and only bookable via bookings@alchemybrewing.co our experienced events staff are available to discuss all event options with you based on your specific requirements.

All semi-private and private bookings and events are subject to their own set of terms & conditions. All reservations of 30 guests or more will be covered by our Events Reservation Policy which can be found here www.alchemybrewing.co/eventsreservationpolicy

SPECIAL REQUESTS

All requests are noted, however, not guaranteed.

CHILDREN

We welcome guests of all ages at Alchemy Brewing. We have high chairs available (3 on a first in basis) and have ample space for prams. We do not have a seperate children’s menu. We ask children a supervised at all times, overly rowdy behaviour and disturbing other guests is not accepted. 

CELEBRATION CAKES

Subject to prior approval guest are welcome to being a cake to celebrate any occasion, we charge a fee of $2 per person to cover associated costs. Please contact our front of house team on (03) 8596 2739 or email bookings@alchemybrewing.co if you have any questions.
